I didn't come to this work from the outside. I lived it.

Three startups. Three founders with the vision and intensity it takes to build something from nothing. Three organizations that struggled with the same things โ€” co-founder misalignment, communication that broke down across functions, expectations that were never clearly set, pressure that had nowhere to go except onto the people trying to execute the vision. I watched all three combust.

There is nothing more painful than watching a founder lose the dream โ€” not because the idea was wrong or the market wasn't there, but because the organization around them couldn't hold the pressure of building it.

I have spent my career inside high-pressure organizations โ€” including building out a sales team and creating structured sales systems from the ground up at a high-growth tech startup, leading change management inside a pharmaceutical acquisition, and serving as a top performer across complex platforms in public safety, education, and staffing technology. I also bring over a decade of executive coaching experience working with leaders at every level, and thirty years of training in how the body carries and responds to pressure โ€” which means I can diagnose what's breaking inside an organization and work directly with the humans carrying the pressure at the same time.
