Executive Coaching and Fractional Business Development
For founders, leaders, executives, and teams operating under pressure
Redefining performance and wellbeing inside the workplace—where decisions, communication, and retention actually live.
Jenn Padawer has spent over three decades studying what helps people perform, connect, and lead well under pressure. Her work sits at the intersection of business performance, leadership, and human behavior, bringing a rare combination of executive experience and deep understanding of how people actually operate inside demanding environments.
Before founding RE:FINE Mobile Wellness Studios, Jenn built her career in SaaS sales and leadership, most recently serving as VP of Sales. In that role, she designed and implemented the company’s sales infrastructure, onboarding systems, and go-to-market processes—creating the operational clarity that allowed the organization to scale with confidence. She understands firsthand what it takes to build, grow, and lead inside fast-moving businesses.
What became increasingly clear to her, however, was that even the most capable professionals were operating at unsustainable levels. The issue wasn’t talent, motivation, or ambition. It was the absence of support for how people were expected to think, decide, communicate, and lead under constant pressure. High performance was being demanded without attention to the internal conditions required to sustain it.
That insight reshaped Jenn’s work and became the foundation for her coaching and advisory practice.
Today, Jenn works with founders, executives, leaders, and teams through executive coaching, fractional leadership and business development support, and ongoing advisory engagements. Her coaching containers are fully customizable and range from 90-day engagements to year-long retainers, alongside leadership intensives and tailored workshops designed to improve decision-making, communication, leadership presence, and retention.
Fractionally, Jenn also supports organizations with lead management strategy, go-to-market rollout planning, sales and customer experience alignment, light customer support strategy, and team training—helping companies build systems and teams that can perform consistently in real-world conditions.
Jenn holds a degree in psychology from the University of Georgia and is certified in both life and executive coaching. Her background also includes training in restorative bodywork, yoga, breathwork, meditation, and other regulation-based practices, giving her a grounded understanding of how stress, cognition, and behavior interact in high-pressure environments. This blend allows her to work effectively with both individuals and organizations, translating insight into practical, usable change.
Alongside her coaching and advisory work, Jenn is the founder of RE:FINE Mobile Wellness Studios. The long-term vision includes a fleet of teal Volkswagen buses serving as a visible point of entry—bringing performance support directly into workplaces and meeting pressure where it already exists.
Jenn works with companies and individuals ready to invest in sustainable performance—not just hitting goals, but building the clarity, steadiness, and leadership capacity required to maintain them.
Work With Me
Every organization is made of humans. Performance improves when leadership, communication, and systems reflect how people actually operate under pressure.
I work with founders, leaders, executives, and teams to strengthen performance where it actually lives — inside people and inside the work itself. That often means improving communication, navigating difficult conversations, leading through change, or strengthening leadership behaviors that support trust, accountability, and execution.
With over 30 years of experience across leadership, coaching, and human performance, I partner with organizations at multiple levels — from individual leaders to teams and entire functions. Every engagement is tailored to the realities of the business. There is no one-size-fits-all approach.
Ways to work together:
One-on-One Executive Coaching
For founders, executives, and senior leaders who want to expand capacity, sharpen decision-making, and lead with clarity under pressure. Coaching containers support leaders through growth, transition, and high-demand seasons — strengthening leadership presence, communication, and the ability to handle difficult conversations without avoidance or burnout.
Team Coaching & Leadership Development
Focused on how teams actually work together. Engagements address communication under pressure, trust, empathy as a leadership skill, accountability, and navigating conflict productively. Teams leave with clearer expectations, stronger collaboration, and tools they can apply immediately.
Corporate Workshops & Offsites
Customized workshops and leadership intensives covering topics such as difficult conversations, empathy in leadership, managing change, decision-making under pressure, and leading through uncertainty. These sessions are practical, direct, and designed to improve day-to-day execution — not just alignment in the room.
Fractional Leadership & Business Development Support
For organizations that need senior-level support without a full-time hire. Fractionally, I work with companies on go-to-market strategy, sales infrastructure and process design, lead management, customer experience alignment, light customer support strategy, and team training. The focus is building systems that scale while supporting the people responsible for executing them.
Each engagement is designed around your goals — whether that’s improving retention, strengthening leadership, scaling operations, or helping teams communicate and perform more effectively under pressure.
The organizations that lead well in this next era are the ones that invest in leadership where it actually shows up — inside conversations, decisions, and day-to-day execution.
The Conviction Behind the Work
After years inside executive leadership, Jenn saw firsthand how much pressure modern organizations place on people — and how little attention is paid to the internal systems required to sustain that pressure well.
After spending much of her career helping build other people’s visions, she made a deliberate decision to build her own.
RE:FINE was created to address what she believes is the next real competitive advantage in business. In a world accelerating through AI, automation, and constant innovation, productivity alone is no longer the differentiator. The ability for people to think clearly, regulate stress, communicate effectively, and make good decisions under pressure is.
The companies that will thrive in this next era are not the ones offering surface-level wellness perks or occasional interventions. They are the ones investing in the internal capacity of their people — strengthening the human systems that drive judgment, leadership, and execution.
That belief is what underpins Jenn’s coaching, advisory work, and long-term vision for RE:FINE.
This work is a strategic investment in performance, adaptability, and culture—while directly addressing the real costs of burnout, disengagement, and lost productivity.
What once passed as “wellness initiatives”—pizza Fridays, occasional team outings, or one-off programs—no longer meets the reality of today’s workforce. People are overstimulated, digitally tethered, and operating under sustained pressure. Surface-level solutions fall short.
The organizations that will lead in the next era are the ones that recognize this shift. They invest in helping their people think clearly, recover effectively, and reconnect to their work in meaningful ways—because that is where better decisions, stronger leadership, and durable culture are built.
Jenn built RE:FINE Mobile Wellness Studios to meet that moment—transforming workplace wellness from a box to check into a measurable competitive edge.

WORK WITH JENNThe Legacy Vision
In tenth grade, Jenn told her parents she wanted to become a massage therapist.
They insisted she go to college — a path she doesn’t regret, but one that taught her something vital: not everyone is meant for the traditional track.
Countless young people are steered toward degrees that leave them unfulfilled and disconnected from their natural purpose — with hundreds of thousands of dollars in college debt along for the ride.
Most who are called to the healing and human performance arts — massage therapists, yoga teachers, breathwork facilitators — are gifted in intuition, empathy, and service, but rarely taught how to build sustainable, profitable practices.
Jenn envisions changing that.
Her long-term mission is to establish The RE:FINE Institute for Integrative Human Performance — a modern educational hub where neuroscience, somatic regulation, energy medicine, and entrepreneurship converge.
It’s Apple meets Esalen meets MIT — where design meets depth, and healing becomes high-tech.
The Institute will prepare a new generation of human performance professionals — Refiners — trained in both ancient wisdom and modern science, fluent in physiology, breathwork, and nervous system regulation, and empowered with business strategy to build sustainable, purpose-driven careers.
This is the future of education: practical, profitable, and profoundly human.

Today, Jenn works with executives, leaders, teams, and individuals through her coaching, advisory work, and RE:FINE platforms—integrating neuroscience-informed practices, communication strategy, and performance coaching to help people think clearly, lead effectively, and sustain momentum under pressure.
The work is practical and grounded, designed to meet people inside real working environments and real leadership demands. The goal is not escape from pressure, but the capacity to operate well within it.
Jenn’s mission is simple and deliberate:
To redefine how organizations think about performance by treating human capacity as infrastructure—not an afterthought—and to build systems that allow leaders and teams to perform, adapt, and endure over time.
The legacy she is building is not about programs. It is about changing the way work works—so the next generation of leaders inherits environments where clarity, steadiness, and effective leadership are the standard, not the exception.
