Why I Created The PAUSE RE:SET™

MY STORY — AND WHY BREATHWORK WORKS

When I was 19 years old, I nearly lost my life to an eating disorder. That season lit the fire for everything I do today.

For decades, I managed anxiety in the background. But a few years ago, while leaving a relationship and showing up for demanding jobs, it crept back. Suddenly I was struggling just to get to work. When a family member was hospitalized with PTSD, I realized: I needed a different way.

That’s when I found breathwork. Not only did it tie everything together — it became the medicine I had been searching for.
