Jenn brings VP-level executive experience and a decade in SaaS sales leadership, with firsthand understanding of the pressure, pace, and complexity women carry in senior roles.
Her work focuses on developing leaders and retaining top performers by strengthening how people think, decide, and lead under sustained demand. She partners with individuals and teams to build clarity, steadiness, and leadership presence that supports performance over time.
Legacy Defined is deeply personal to her work. Having lived the experience of being an executive woman balancing relentless responsibility with an internal sense that more is possible, Jen is particularly attuned to the moment when a woman begins to question not just how she is leading, but why. There is nothing she finds more meaningful than supporting women as they clarify what matters most, reclaim their authority, and define a legacy that feels true, earned, and fully their own.
